Bio

Jacob R. Gardner is a dedicated Wisconsin attorney who focuses on serving individuals, businesses, organizations, and municipalities across the state. Born and raised in Wisconsin, he completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies in-state, giving him deep personal insight into the legal challenges and opportunities facing his clients.  Prior to founding his solo practice, he was an attorney at Duxstad McDaniel Law Group, S.C., where he handled a wide range of matters, ranging from divorce actions, custody/placement matters, criminal defense, advising businesses, and serving local municipalities, among other general practice legal matters.

Philosophy

Jacob practices law with empathy, clarity, and integrity. He understands that legal work can be intimidating, so he prioritizes listening deeply and making each client feel heard. Inspired by the adage “speak softly, carry a big stick,” he blends a calm, approachable demeanor with assertive, results‑driven advocacy. His goal is to guide clients through challenges with both strength and care.
